Michael 'Venom' Page signs multi-year Misfits Boxing deal after UFC exit
Michael 'Venom' Page has signed a multi-fight, multi-year agreement with Misfits Boxing after the end of his UFC career. BBC Sport reported that Misfits co-founder KSI announced the 39-year-old Londoner's arrival at an event on Saturday, October 10. The deal moves the former Bellator fighter back towards a sport in which he already has professional experience.

Page said the opportunity appealed to him despite having other options in combat sports. In comments carried by BBC Sport, he described MF Sports as the right fit and pointed to the promotion's approach, atmosphere and fights as reasons for his choice. He also said he was eager to demonstrate his boxing ability as he began this next stage of his career.
The signing follows a successful final appearance in the octagon but no new UFC contract. MMA Fighting reported in September that UFC chief Dana White had confirmed the organisation did not intend to re-sign Page. That decision followed his unanimous-decision victory over Nursulton Ruziboev in Paris, which was the last bout on his existing deal rather than the start of another agreement.
Page finished his UFC spell with five wins in six appearances after joining the promotion in 2024. The UFC's official athlete record lists his most recent victory over Ruziboev on September 5, 2026, following decision wins against Sam Patterson in March and Jared Cannonier in August 2025. MMA Fighting reported that he entered free agency on a four-fight winning streak.
His broader MMA record stands at 26 wins and three defeats. The UFC's published statistics credit him with 13 knockout victories, three submission wins and 13 first-round finishes. Page has been a professional MMA fighter since 2012, giving him a lengthy competitive background before this latest change of promotion and return to the boxing ring.
Boxing will not be an entirely new discipline for Page. BBC Sport reported that he made his professional debut in 2017 and has not boxed since 2018. He remains unbeaten in two professional boxing contests, with the UFC's profile recording both victories as knockouts. The new agreement commits him to multiple fights after that long absence from professional boxing.
